Yet again, you know it was only time before the reptiles got me. Snake is quite yummy, a bit like gnarly pork (Jenny says chicken) but the meat looks like snake as you can see the imprint of the snakeskin on the meat.
Inputs :
Carbs: toast, baquette, rice, noodles, taro
Meat: snake, beef, pork, chicken, bacon, sausage
Fish: shrimp, prawns, crab
Fruit: mango, custard apple, orange, banana, coconut, jackfruit, pineapple, watermelon, papaya
Veg: beansprouts, carrots, cucumber, tomato, onion, bok choi
Dairy: cheese (sort of)
Drink: beer, water, orange juice, fruit shakes, coke, fanta, soup
Outputs: pretty good though the feasting on western food (pizza, burger, fry up breakfast) in Siem Reap and gallons of coconut milk may be starting to take its toll.

Hi guys!
Amazing sounding trip! Loved the spider story! Can't imagine the kids all chasing you down with spiders in tow! Were they defanged or something?
All goes well on a rainy day in Vancouver. We had 8' of snow in Calgary over the weekend.
best
