A special shout out to the regularity report 2- and 4-legged North Vancouver correspondents. You are the Adrienne Arsenault of latrines.
More reports were expected from the Dunbar (including Southlands) correspondents (2- and 4-legged). Maybe you have been constipated for 4 weeks and have nothing to submit.

I am in 7th heaven indulging in whole milk from Avalon but I too am regular. Could be all the salmon from Mom and Dad that's keeping things moving. But I haven't eaten a lot of cheese so perhaps that's the key.
OMG, we LOVE Adrienne Arsenault, too! She is fantastic!! Pleased to report that the two legged North Van correspondents are all regular. Interestingly, your intrepid NV correspondent has had some painful dental work and is still bearing up well despite a diet comprised of mostly soft/liquid items. I am unable to give the most up to the minute report on the four legged hairy beast as he is out for a poop walk at the moment. I trust it will be fabulously successful as always, but thanks for the concern.
Take care,
Shriny
p.s. Rodney was able to gorge himself on fruitcake and plum pudding at my "Winter Bash" last weekend. Ahhh, the perks of working one day a week. I think I will keep the job.
Not wanting to disappoint you, all is well in the regularity department from Dunbar (when you're alone and life is making you lonely, you can always go...) Happily, things have 'firmed up' for my 4 legged pal down at Southlands. His constitution seems to have adjusted to the change in hay and the endless supply of carrots. Sadly, our new buddy Barney was not so fortunate - having consumed a large bag of hand peeled carrots he was up demanding to go outside pretty much every 10 minutes.
love from the manure pile!
Finally found the time to check out your blog and I am very pleased with the input/output report as it were. We’re about to enter another chapter in our own crapology by adding another family member on Dec 13th – she is four legged and of the toller brand. As she is only 2 months, we’re guaranteed to get some interesting things to report on the frequency/consistency side of things. The other four leggers around here don’t know what is about to hit them so I guess we’ll have to spoil them for Christmas with some special treats. Love, the vonks.
